Shipping rates are based off the carrier selected and calculated by the weight of your package. Rebelde Planet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and claims must be made with the carrier selected. We are not held responsible for late deliveries if at the fault of the carrier. 

Standard processing times 1-2 business days. 

Once packages have been shipped and tracking information is provided with the carrier, Rebelde Planet is no longer responsible for the package. If a package is lost or stolen please contact the carrier to provide a claim. Refunds will not be issued for lost or stolen packages.
